These days just about everyone has access to the Internet from just about anywhere. Text Messaging using e-mail and mobile phones has become almost a necessity to stay in-touch with family and friends. Extreme Systems, LLC has taken advantage of these technologies to provide several methods for you to access the information we have regarding your monitored alarm system. Weather it is your home or business, you can access your account via the Internet, or be notified, in real-time, about events we receive (or don't receive) from your system using Text Messaging to any e-mail address, including your mobile phone.

Customer Web Access allows you to log in to our site and view the current status as well as past activity of one or many of your monitored systems instantly in an easy-to-read and understand format. Previously only the Monitoring Center and Alarm Dealer had access to this information. Now, your Alarm Dealer has the ability to give direct access to this information to the Customer. From anywhere, at any time, you can log in and see if your system is Armed or Disarmed, view activity from the past several months, place your system On-Test and Off-Test, request a service call, notify of changes to your information, and more.

Customer Web Access:
• View a list of all of your monitored accounts showing the current status (armed/disarmed time)
of each partition for each account, all on a single screen.
• Select an account from the list to view the details including name, address, call list, zones,
activity, linked accounts, special instruction messages, supervision windows, and responding
agencies (police, fire, etc).
• Put your account ON-TEST, test your system, then take your account OFF-TEST without ever
needing to speak to your Alarm Dealer or the Monitoring Center.
• View activity for Today, the past three months, or watch the Real-Time view to see the signals
within seconds after we receive them.
• Generate a Service Request to be sent to your Alarm Company.
• Request Changes to your account.
• Update your own Call List names and phone numbers as necessary.

Real-Time Event Notification:
• Receive a message when your system is Armed or Disarmed, by anyone or for specific users.
• Receive a message if we don't receive a Closing signal at the appropriate time.
• Receive messages regarding trouble conditions with your system (power failures, battery
problems, etc).
• Events are automatically sent to you immediately after being received by the Monitoring
Center.
