Rules and Regulations
1. Must be a new Activation for service, or any other service (two hour minimum) performed by Extreme Systems, LLC
2. Must purchase the system and service from Extreme Systems, LLC
3. Must have product professionally installed by Extreme Systems, LLC personnel or approved sub-contracts.
4. Service provided must have a contract commitment, done by Extreme Systems, LLC
5. Products and services that qualify are Extreme Systems, LLC monitored security systems.
6. At time of purchase, a form must be filled out with information of individual who referred you.
7. Gift will not be rewarded until 4 months of un interrupted service had be completed.
8. Gift will be sent in mail. Extreme Systems, LLC is not responsible if gift is lost in mail.
